Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AcademyOS ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

AcademyOS is a management platform designed for sports academies, coaching institutes, and educational institutions. The Platform provides tools for student management, attendance tracking, fee collection, scheduling, and communication.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Platform. We do not claim ownership of your academy data, student records, or financial information. You grant us a license to process this data solely to provide the Platform services.

5. Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as per your chosen plan
• Payment processing is handled by Razorpay (subject to their terms)
• All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST
• Late payments may result in service suspension after 7 days grace period

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Store or transmit malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
• Use the Platform to send unsolicited messages (spam)
• Reverse-engineer or decompile any part of the Platform
• Resell or sublicense your account

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by circumstances beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AcademyOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you may export your data within 60 days. After this period, data will be permanently deleted.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
